The head of the Apple company which is Tim Cook received a significant increase in his remuneration for the last fiscal year. His total annual compensation is now at a whopping $74.6 million. This represents a significant increase from the previous fiscal year’s bite of $63.2 million, and it is generally lower than the $99.4 million he took home the year before that.
Breaking up Cook’s income depicts him to have received $3 million as his basic salary. Meanwhile, stock awards comprise the bulk of his pay- $58 million. In addition, he got $12 million as non-equity compensation and $1.52 from other compensation forms.
Compared to last year’s data, the latest package is quite higher. Last year, Cook had stock awards amounting to $46.9 million, along with non-equity compensation of $10.7 million and $2.5 million in other compensation.
Apple’s services division reached yet another milestone in its business performance after generating a record $24.97 billion in fourth-quarter revenues for 2024.
Similar adjustments were made to the compensation of other senior executives who moved along with Cook. Total pay for CFO Luca Maestri stood at $27.1 million in fiscal 2024.The total pay for COO Jeff Williams was also marginally adjusted to match Maestri’s, reaching $27.1 million. Its strong performance across the company underlines this commitment to rewarding its best leaders.
