Shipments of Galaxy Buds 3 Pro have been halted by Samsung.
Samsung has suspended Galaxy Buds 3 Pro shipments
Early users of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro experienced problems with the earbuds’ quality management, such as how smoothly the ear tips may tear. Thereafter, users noticed that Amazon completely erased the item and Samsung updated the product’s release date on its website to August 28.
As it examines the wireless earbuds, Samsung has now acknowledged to Android Authority that it has temporarily halted delivery to retail partners:
here have been reports relating to a limited number of early production Galaxy Buds 3 Pro devices. We are taking this matter very seriously and remain committed to meeting the highest quality standards of our products. We are urgently assessing and enhancing our quality control processes. To ensure all products meet our quality standards, we have temporarily suspended deliveries of Galaxy Buds 3 Pro devices to distribution channels to conduct a full quality control evaluation before shipments to consumers take place. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.Should any customer already in possession of Galaxy Buds3 Pro be experiencing any issues, they should contact Samsung or visit their nearest Samsung Service Centre.
The announcement was made soon after Samsung Korea apologized to local consumers in a statement for any problems with the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro’s quality control. In addition, Samsung’s Korean statement mentioned that it would thoroughly test the earbuds before the July 24 launch date, but it made no mention of a delay.
However, a delay in shipments to retailers has been confirmed by the corporation in its most recent statement, which will have an impact on customers. A snapshot of an email that was provided to Tim Furdui, a reader of Android Authority, confirmed that orders for the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are probably going to be delayed.
Although this is by no means a perfect scenario, I venture that the majority of customers would choose to accept a delayed release rather than first get faulty goods.
