The Cybertruck that costs the most now costs almost $100,000.

The base Cybertruck is no longer for sale, and prices have gone up for the rest.

The least expensive form of Tesla’s sharp EV truck, the $60,990 RWD Cybertruck, is no longer for sale, according to Jalopnik. During the same time, the business raised the cost of the following AWD Cybertruck by $20,000. It raises the EV’s price base by a huge $39,000, to $99,990.

It costs more, at $119,990 (it was $99,990 before August 6th) than the normal all-wheel drive EV. The Cyberbeast, which has three motors and more power, can go faster. When you remember that Tesla said in 2019 that the Cybertruck would start at $39,990, the new prices are even worse.

The company did improve shipping times, which is a good thing. Tesla says it can deliver AWD Cybertrucks to buyers between August and September 2024. For the Cyberbeast, the company says it can do so between October and December 2024. Before, orders were set to arrive in 2025, as seen earlier this month on The Internet Archive.

The Cybertruck has also been the subject of two recalls this year, the first for bad clutch buttons and the second for bad wiper blades. In a broader sense, Tesla has been going through a rough patch with falling profits, lawsuits, government probes, and recalls.
