The Galaxy S25 Slim has the model number SM-S937U and features a memory configuration of 12GB. A version with 16GB of RAM is also expected to be launched.

Other than this, the internal hardware of this model is not different from any of the phones in the Galaxy S25 lineup, with the singular exception of the ultra-premium Galaxy S25, which supports 16GB RAM by default.

As per performance benchmarks, Galaxy S25 Slim shows weaknesses. In Geekbench 6 testing, it achieved a single-core performance score of 3,005. Its multi-core performance recorded a score of 6,945 points. These numbers indicate that the device might not perform as well as its competitors when it comes to demanding tasks.

Thermal issues are owed to the design of the Galaxy S25 Slim. The completely slim design has parts with more heat development, especially with the addition of Snapdragon 8 Elite. Although Geekbench 6 does not provide a measurement of how well the phone performs over long-term temperatures, it does give a snapshot of the hardware’s potential during short bursts of use.

It is on January 22 that Samsung has scheduled a global presentation regarding all its Galaxy S25 series. Only after these launches additional performance specifications will be disclosed with respect to all four models in the lineup.
